Apparently SPOTV linear TV streaming via SPOTV NOW was no longer available since Sept 20, 2023. Only special live events will continue to live stream there.

what about those don't receive sms, are they entitle for the switch to family pack from ultimate?

hbogo is a vod app like disney+h.

but the quality of stream is not as good; in fact, to me, it's v poor on a bigger TV.

disney+h has all yr Marvel superheroes, star wars, disney animation, etc.

hbo has all yr DC superheroes, harry porter, game of thrones, etc.

if u wanna change, just go to TM point and request.

On legacy ultimate.. but if possible want swap to movie pack.. ( got d+h & hbo ) others don't care...

ultimate -> movie pack will be a downgrade, lower price.

shud be possible if out of contract; unlikely they allow if contract active.

hopefully can 'downgrade' tv pack. haven't got the chance to visit TM yet..

I do believe, TM will check your account billing, as long as the billing for existing user is Rm60 for ultimate pack, then they'll be eligible to swap to family pack which is same price rm60 as well.

Those user on ultimate pack with discounted on rm30 wouldn't be eligible to swap, I think.

Went to check unifi account page. Seems can't do direct swap from there even if you're using legacy RM60 ultimate.



So yea, need to contact them if want to swap.

nope, you're wrong. i am ultimate legacy discount RM30, i got sms from Unifi for swap form ultimate legacy to Family Pack.
