Astro, Singtel and Starhub seems to have launched the Bein Rugby World Cup channel. Wonder if Unifi TV will also have it

Not available as a complimentary access. Need to subscribe separately via beIN Sports Connect as Unifi TV doesn't bring beIN Sports Rugby to its platform.

unfitv seems not so eager to spend big money on sports so maybe don't have.

Interestingly HBO Family is also under the “Kids” category. Mentang-mentang ada Sesame Street juga. San Andreas is on air currently 😂

it seems the hbo channel only will be free for ultimate plus and ultimate max only. the rest will need to subs as ala carte. too bad for those still subscribed the old ultimate pack.

Too early to tell, but the possibility is still there. I'm still on the old Ultimate Pack though, it would be nice if Unifi TV offered HBO Pak as an a la carte.

I'm on old Ultimate pack... and can view HBO as we chat now maybe preview sempena Merdeka month

How do you come to this conclusion? Guessing or any indication that I missed?

U can try check the channel list in the official website, it did show only 2 icon which they are ultimate plus and ultimate max pack only.

Anyway hbo is quite expensive so there really high possibility only for new ultimate pack only, hopefully I am wrong haha since I also on old ultimate pack.

I really suggest you upgrade to ultimate plus at least. Promo price rm69.90 get FULL CHANNEL (everything got including their premium sports in beIN and Spotv so ucl, f1 all settle) and get Netflix, Disney+, HBO Go (launch oct 1), BeIN Connect, SpoTV Now, Siar etc.

RM69.90 is crazy. I think they lose money. And it seems price will remain until u terminate or change pack.

From current website pages, ultimate joins the other legacy packs, grandfathered.

Looks like only ultimate plus, ultimate max are available to new subscribers.

The price for all u get is reasonable. Assuming u watch TV, of course.

Even rm100 incl netflix 4k isn't too bad if u consider the individual prices of netflix 4k, Disney+h, iqiyi, lionsgate, BBC player... + the linear channels incl Celestial, paramount, HBO, cinemax, etc.

I just wish they incl Food Network and/or Asian Food Network in the near future.

Because they are using this to get people to subscribe to their internet, which we are massively overpaying. They don't really mind loosing a few dollars for UnifiTV when they can make more for people who likely will be subscribing Unifi as well.

And unlike Astro, they don't have to think about Satellite equipment or high quality 50FPS web stream. So there's no up keep cost there
