If your unifi package come with stb why not try request from TM for free then agree to renew contract for 1 year. If not you have to pay RM20@24 months.

confirm Unifi's Disney+hotstar, new titles come in Dolby Vision or DV.

however his audio setup is suboptimal, i think... cannot ascertain if it can receive Dolby Atmos or not.

my own 2 setups, limited to 4kUHD/HDR10, DD/DD+ which is expected.

can anyone test and confirm if u can get Dolby Atmos with the right equipment? TQ.

From the beginning of D+H , I believe there are no Dolby atmos support . That is 1 of the downside having D+H than original D+

Also still no IMAX version for D+H one.

Disney definitely no DA but with DV, compare Disney with Netfllix, Disney streaming around 45mbps compare Netfllix only 15.5mbps but Netfllix is having DV and DA

The choice is by design IMO. Hotstar realises that many people in this region can't actually afford DV setup, so why bother.
Ironically my Singaporean friend is jealous with us because Hotstar in this region contains shows that the original Disney+ does not carry, such as some Japanese dramas which Hotstar takes from Disney+ Japan.

i quite like the D+H PQ, even the older titles come out nice, incl TV series.

have not used netflix for a few years now, no idea if it's just as good or better.

i agree with the DA bit. DA is excellent with full BDMV's DDtrueHD+DA but for DD+ +DA, the oomph is missing, not so good.

so, for online streams, AVR upmixing DD/DD+ to PLII or DSurround is good enough.

I've lodge report to TM requesting to change Disney+ Hotstar ID to my new number since the launch day. But until today still cannot do?

Even asking to D+H support team said need to directly contact to TM. How can they be so incompetent?
