Anyone getting free vod voucher from unifi? Will I be charge for the sst if I redeem?

Last time also getting free vod from unifi and redeem, then bill came the vod is rm5 + gst, then redeem minus rm5 only, then I need pay extra RM0.30.

I have been using them.

No tax charge so far.... hope no surprise next month.

Based on your case, the movie that you redeemed costs RM 15 and the value of the voucher is RM 10. The rest of the amount will be charged with SST and that's all. If you redeem a movie that costs you RM 10, there'll be no SST.

what kind of movie you planning to redeem?

Any movies within rm10.

I realize some movies can't redeem even its rm10, like Malay movies.

i see, actually not worth it to use it on the movie, but since you got the voucher might as well just use it for not easy to get movies.

I original subscribe VIP20 plan on 3 June 2015.

Then auto upgrade to Advance 50mbps plan during Najib day.

After changed government auto upgraded to 500mbps plan LOL.

For the past 2 weeks, I am not able to watch UnifiTV (Tablet). It gives me error 105401 on my Himedia Q10. It has been working fine for months, suddenly it just stopped working. I reinstalled the app also no use. I can also login and watch on every other platform (desktop, ios, android (phone). Restarting unifi equipment didnt help either.

Check tablet version 7.9.8.
Check box has wifi ON.

All i needed to do was switch to WIFI and disable ethernet and I am streaming again once again. Thanks AVFAN I believe all this while I was using my tv box via ethernet. Did they tweak the app recently?

many boxes have wifi emulator, i.e. when ethernet is on, the wifi also appears to be on to fool some apps that work only with wifi.

likely the box somehow the wiifi emulator went inactive, need to be manually reactivated. it happens.

I have Himedia Q10 and TX6 Mini. I've never come across the wifi emulator settings. Possible to guide me? Thank you AVFAN

Not sure about details... some boxes show it settings, some dun.

But i think if u can set both ethernet and wifi on, the wifi emulator effect will kick in when required.

Hi, my hypptv box (white) stuck in the STARTING page logo since 28 Sep. Call 100 asking for help and she dont understand what im taking about.

Anyone having this issue and any solution to fix it?
