I tried using my phone number, since Lionsgate uses that. BUt didn't work. It only registered me as a new user

yea...just key in your email/phone number, no need register, it will show is registered user or not

Hi, I'm using Unifitv Plus Box, yesterday was still fine, but this morning, when i access unifitv apps, it just become black screen, no reaction when pressing the remote controller button down,left,right, but when click up button, it just show split-second program guide screen and the apps exits.

Any idea how to fix ? Is it because of the changes to channels from 1st October ?

Please ignore, i clear cache and data under apps in the tvbox. Re-login after launching the apps again. Fixed.

For lionsgate, user id have to enter phone no in this format to work : 60123456789

Email from TM stated user id just 0123456789

For viu I also kenot login yet, TM send user id just as same as your unifi id but kenot use that to login, need email format...

For lionsgate play, didn't see the apps on desktop.
We can just install it from Google Play from Unifitv Plus Box itself ? Or wait for the apps to be pushed from TM ?

talk to their livechat, so helpless, kept on telling me i already activated then at the end told me only can login using unifi plus box doh.gif

There are no desktop app.
You need to install from Google Play both on your phone and on your Android TV box (either generic or Unifi Plus Box). This is because the TV app needs the phone app for logging in

I'll give it a few hours or til tomorrow. This early in the morning I think all support staff have no idea what the issue is, and the technical staffs that knows are just coming in for work

Yup, same here. I've use my email address for my unifi registration but end up got the free user only. Guess have to wait for Viu.

It's taking long time to load content and can't hardly play.
I'm on 300mbps plan.

Installed viu app in phone & checked my account status is already activated in the app...

Visited viu.com using phone browser & checked my account status also activated...

Both accessed through unifi fibre internet line...

The problem now is when I try to pair my tv through viu.com, it require login using email format, @unifi is not valid
