i have google tv too, but no need sideload. you need create gmail usa than sign in. All google play store usa you can have it.
Hbo Max, Disney+ usa, Starz, Showcase, Apple tv+. i install Unifi tv, Bbc player, BBC iplayer, Lionsgate, Viu, Prime Video and Neflix.

Yup.
I got fed up and complained that the silverbox was laggy ever since the firmware update in 2019, in July 21, they came and i agreed to switch to the white box. I even wrote to MCMC to conplain and to my surprise MCMC got back to me a few days after i agreed to the new white box.
If i can do away with the tv package, i would, because I'm really just watching the tennis and F1 on it.
And just keep the 500mbps line.

I'm probably going to cancel my UItimate pack soon then.

There is a reason why ultimate pack have less exclusive channel since most all new channel are belong to aneka/ruby. All I can say is there a plan in work to bring some exclusive movies / variety channel in. But no ETA.

Talking about Chinese subtitles, like for the recent channel launches on Astro, especially HBO Hits, HBO Family, BBC Lifestyle, Paramount...

Some netizens started to make noise on Astro fb page, complaining why those new channels:
- doesn't have Malay subtitles?
- why only Chinese subtitles is available?
- aren't you forget that Bahasa Malaysia is bahasa kebangsaan (national language)?
... and many more unpleasant provoking words.

If you guys still remember many years ago when Astro firstly launches Fox Family Movies channel, they actually offered both English audio and Mandarin audio dub.
Many Malay viewers were outraged on astro fb page, asking why there's Mandarin audio dub but don't have Malay audio dub? And whatever unpleasant provoking words you can think of, they've said it all.
Eventually, Astro removed the Mandarin audio dub on Fox Family Movies channel, therefore until today, Fox Family Movies channel on Astro is only available in English audio.

Back to Unifi TV, BBC Lifestyle channel doesn't offer any subtitle tracks at all.
Is it because they know that since there's only Chinese track available, so to avoid backlash from the Malay community, TM decides not to provide that Chinese subtitle track at all, hence making BBC Lifestyle channel on Unifi TV to have no subtitle track?
Does it means, as long that particular TV channel doesn't Malay subtitles, then they shall not provide Chinese subtitle track regardless, to prevent public backlash?

So what can we conclude here?

basically, these lower prices came about from free upgrades for the oldest customers.

add on top little napoleon agents doing things on their own and maybe deliberate mistakes - u get a full spectrum of prices and speed and unifitv packs.

if i remember correctly, the champions are those 800mbps at rm149, 500 at 139 and 300 at 129 + all the usual frills.

joy for some, heartache for others - the ultimate TM unifi experience.
