I found the culprit, it was my tv hdmi port somehow problem cannot broadcast in HD. Unifi white stb dont show any warning msg for this issue but my njoi decoder showing " HDCP not supported " msg when i view HD channel but no picture, just audio.

Solution, buy hdmi splitter ( RM 30 ) with HDCP support / compliant then i got back my HD resolution when view unifi tv and njoi.

I almost wanna buy new tv for this issue and luckily can be fixed by bypass hdmi through hdmi splitter. Save me few hundreds RM from buying new tv.

Your TV model too old or what? How come couldn't support HDCP?

Not old. Sharp aquos bought in 2017. 3 years no problem with HD unifi tv and njoi. It just suddenly problem with hdmi, not sure how and why it happened.

Already changed the hdmi and thats why i suspect hdmi tv port problem.

Cuz for Astro's Ultra Box, your TV (or HDMI splitter) must support HDCP 2.2, otherwise this error message will appear whenever you tune to Astro's UHD channels:

You can still watch SD and HD channels as usual as long your TV or HDMI splitter supports/complies the previous versions of HDCP.

If possible, look for HDMI splitter that supports HDCP 2.2 so that you won't face HDCP error conflicts when you wish to watch protected UHD content.
If anyone here can confirm which HDMI splitter can support (in terms of bypass/strips/remove) HDCP 2.2, please show us the HDMI splitter here. Cuz I'm thinking of buying one too

Oh not sure about that. During my survey in shopee, i think got 2 type hdcp.

1. Support up to full hd
2. Up to 4k

Since the one i bought got written 4k, i think it can support until UHD content ( maybe im wrong ). Anyway i cannot confirm because i dont have ultrabox. Try la buy only rm 30, if not working for uhd content then can resell in mudah.

make sure your tv hdmi, cable and decoder are on the same channel, else buying high spec hdmi cable also useless.

If you're referring to the Njoi Now app, it has already been discontinued on 30 Sept 2019.

Therefore, Njoi users are not entitled to enjoy any kinds of online video streaming services from Astro. Only satellite TV and nothing else.
