I dont think it will be 5 minutes. more like 8 - 10 minutes for normal-slow pace walking. 100 sqft is not that big. so that's why if i were you, i will take nexus, and use the 10% dp for renovation purpose. |

Block A prima to mrt i think about 420m. slow walk 5mins lo. for me. walking distance not much difference, because all 3 block are in the same gated guarded. the most you need is about 10mins from your unit to mrt. i try to search about the layout... i guess... you wont feel the difference? prima 970sf nexus 870sf |
