depend on you la. if you short of 10% DP, you got no choice but to choose other like Nexus, 0 dp now??

or u try compare if 100% full loan on prima, how much installment difference compare to nexus.
see which installment is in your comfort zone.

Block A prima to mrt i think about 420m. slow walk 5mins lo.
for me. walking distance not much difference, because all 3 block are in the same gated guarded. the most you need is about 10mins from your unit to mrt.


i try to search about the layout...
i guess... you wont feel the difference?
