If i got the chance to buy the PRIMA house, i would buy it. Budget 2020 don't allocate the subsidize housing anymore. But i wonder, whether the finishing materials for PRIMA house is different compare to units at tower C & B?π€

Good luck, that Jalan Bukit road always jem like shit. Upgrade to double Lane Road is also not possible due to properties on both sides of the road.

Luckily my main transportation is mrt. So jam is not a concern for me. This is one of the cheapest (or maybe the cheapest for now?) RM/sqft MRT TOD apartment. Good buy for me i guess. |

The MRT is just by the roadside, thatβs the point. So no need to worry more. Jem is everywhere nowadays, thats why i prefer to ride to office, and my wife will take MRT straight to her office, hence no drive on weekdays βοΈ |
