There are 3 towers in this project as below:
TOWER A - PR1MA KAJANG project, this is for those invited PR1MA buyer only.
(If you really want to buy this PR1MA project, you may try to talk to PR1MA officer, try to enroll you for this project. From my observation, there are too many unsold PR1MA properties across Malaysia.)
There are 3 layout as below:
Type A - 800 sqf, 1 car park = RM288,000
Type B - 950 sqf, 2 car park (front & back) = RM343,000
Type C - 1,050 sqf, 2 car park(side by side) = RM393,000
**corner lot will be different price. The corner lot has same sqf, but come with more windows only. For Type A, need to add RM10K; For Type B, need to add RM20K. I forgot for Type C.
***take note, PR1MA house is not for investment, will be lock for 5 years before rent or sell.

***** I am one of the new buyer here. From the purchase list, almost 60% sold out, majority of buyers are pending for loan application now.

This is only 1 layout, I did not get more info as I have not interest on it.
From my memory is 1050 sqf, 2 car park = RM405,000
TOWER C - Based on the conversation with sale agent, they said Tower C will be launch by next year (Y2020). Anyway, it is expected to be more expensive because it is very near to KTM/ MRT station, and come with own facility such as swimming pool.
