Type C - 1,050 sqf, 2 car park(side by side) = RM393,000

**corner lot will be different price. The corner lot has same sqf, but come with more windows only. For Type A, need to add RM10K; For Type B, need to add RM20K. I forgot for Type C.
***take note, PR1MA house is not for investment, will be lock for 5 years before rent or sell.

TOWER B - which is what you call as NEXUS.

This is only 1 layout, I did not get more info as I have not interest on it.
From my memory is 1050 sqf, 2 car park = RM405,000

TOWER C - Based on the conversation with sale agent, they said Tower C will be launch by next year (Y2020). Anyway, it is expected to be more expensive because it is very near to KTM/ MRT station, and come with own facility such as swimming pool.

The roads at Jalan Bukit will also apparently be upgraded into double lane roads. As you may have read, there's been a lot of protests about this project mainly due to disruption caused by construction works and also concerns about the traffic situation there.

For those looking to invest, I guess it's worth considering because of its connectivity to MRT/KTM and proximity to colleges/schools etc nearby. The cons are obviously the high density and traffic. Good luck.

Nexus C 2 rooms - 359k after rebate

It's really worth to buy nexus tower C compared to prima cos prima will have to top up 10% downpayment + plus loan fees and mot are not free (according to mkh developer)

impressive, but worry if the bridge filled with the scammer like the mid valley KTM. Ask old aunty for scratch and win and claim they need to pay them a certain money.

I am not familiar with Kajang area. Is the place safe? Goverment hospital/school nearby? Any mall? Thanks
