Damn I baru kena 4 grabshare ping in one journey.

First ping pickup jalan pantai prima to kota raya. Rm8. 2 banglas.

Before reach 1st rider pickup, 2nd ping masok. Kl gateway mall to some rumah nearby intermark. Rm13. 1 lady mat salleh.

After pickup 2nd rider(already 3 person + me inside car now), another ping masok wei, kl gateway lrt to Azman Hasim UTM. Rm 15. 1 middle east student. When I reached he immediately say how come 3 ppl inside, then I say I'm just a driver and its the system do the matching. Then say he will cancel since he is rushing. Lol good logic, rushing = order grabshare

After dropoff those 2 banglas at kota raya, I immediately navigate to the lady mat salleh destination, but then another ping masok wei.

Pick up at some hotel at masjid jamek to sentul. Rm8. 1 indian lady.

Then I notice that i can turn off availability and turn off my availability immediately, all passenger masam muka already haha.

Whole trip since start till end took about about 1h10m for rm29. For sure rating will drop tomorrow. Aiyo

So its been almost a week doing crap and what can i say is, riders memang tak appreciate ride. Pergh have to clean 2 times in a week sigh.

Belum lagi cakap pasal mangkuk yang suka tutup pintu kuat nak mampus. Sabar je lah.

Grabshare system messed up. Starting today Grabshare suppose to be available from 4pm - 12am, but for whatever reason they still give me Grabshare job as my first job today liao. Rm18 for 14km on MP slot and gs dont deserve TBB. Check waze pickup around 3km/13minutes, reject immediately lol.

First time see my AR is 0% and CR is 100% this morning, haha. Call cs and complaint, dunno they can do anything or not.

Look like first offense warning SMS, if kena 2nd time is 3 days ban right?

Just a cull of drivers that don’t have what it takes to be successful in this field

I drive AA 100% of the time, I fetch people from all walks of life, going to places I’ve never been to before in my life. I’ve met the stereotypical demanding customers, even though I pray to whichever deity of the day that, please bless me with good mannared customers the entire day. But that’s statistically impossible, and yet, I’ve never been reported as rude or bad attitude once.

I’m no saint too, if I arrive at PUP and see passenger that I don’t want to fetch because they look like Jabba the Hut, I’ll just smile and explain I need to cancel because I got a stomach ache, so sorry and have a good day. And move on to next ride.

Point is, as a ehailing driver, you are handling customer, delivering them from one spot to another. If you think you don’t even need basic customer service skill to drive Grab (eg: don’t agitate an already agitated customer), I got bad news for you bro. You will be better off applying to work at lazada warehouse. The boxes won’t report you if you kick it a few times because they are too heavy to lift.

Just don’t get caught by cctv or smartphone recordings

We need to spread the words before more innocent new drivers fall into the trap and pay for the psv things. We should let them know the risk they're taking from the terrible management of grab Malaysia.
