QUOTE(bojed @ Jan 29 2019, 07:21 PM) Son, if you have a bachelor's degree, irrespective of your CGPA, I can show you how to be a Financial Advisor. Financial Advisor = insurance agentIt's way better than driving for Grab and you can have a decent career path, but for the mean time you can be a Grab driver so that you can still have a source of income. |

Today I was rider.
The car's windows were not tinted. Very hot inside 😰 Half way, the driver received a call from 'Honey', and talked for 5 minutes. He was using hands-free. Still, that's a distraction. |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Feb 1 2019, 07:51 PM) This is very similar to Uber model worldwide. As a rider, I prefer CC to grabpay.Uber majority passenger using CC. When upfront fare + surge implemented, got proof that they overcharged the passenger but underpaid the driver. The difference = Uber pocketed it @ profit!!! Grabpay must top up first. The balance, if not used, is wasted. |

Jalan TAR to be reserved for pedestrians, buses only
The route along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (Jalan TAR) in Kuala Lumpur will be closed to all vehicles except buses beginning March 15, Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad says. The 1km stretch of road from Jalan Esfahan to Jalan Melayu will be closed to allow the public to go about their business without having to deal with the constant traffic in the area, he added. https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/...ans-buses-only/ |

QUOTE(skylinelover @ Feb 14 2019, 11:07 PM) Haha my strategy was 6-10 drive non-stop Last time when I was grabbing full time, I went home to sleep in the afternoon. Then tidur in any GSC malls and if got nice movie watch it all After 4 then continue driving till 10 hahahaha This is for weekdays maximizing your catch try it out Sometimes traveling from last drop-off point back to home was quite far. Then again, had I gone to sleep in the cinema, I had to pay for ticket and parking. |

QUOTE(yhtan @ Feb 17 2019, 02:27 PM) In term of regulation is level field play, but talk about vehicle and fare is not level field play. Taxi passengers pay lower toll fee compared to Grab riders.Taxi = Commercial vehicle, Grab = Personal vehicle. So for insurance for e-hailing just top up 15-20% of insurance premium will do. Taxi = can wait at designated area, Grab = Cannot wait at designated area. Sooner it will enforce every e-hailing car to put sticker on windscreen. |

QUOTE(priaye @ Feb 23 2019, 08:26 AM) The case is pu point at condo. Waze reach destination at guard house. Sometimes it is not possible to tag individual blocks inside an apartment.Upon arrival then only rider ask to come lobby or go in to their blocks via sms. My worries is if I ignore the SMS, will I get SMS from grab. If I follow the rider SMS, then I feel like get cheated because the fare starts at the guard house especially the 5 RM fare. Go in additional millage plus the delay at the guard house. But a considerate rider should not let the driver wait. |

QUOTE(Calvin871989 @ Feb 23 2019, 12:46 PM) Good luck with the 10 cent petrol price increase and low fares There is a price ceiling for petrol, set at RM2.20/L.Charity rides all the way ? Petrol prices have been increasing since Chinese New year. I'm not surprise if petrol prices will increase few cents next week as well. |
