One of the solution is to call CS and voice your concern for not picking up the riders as you feel it is for safety reasons where you got to cancel.

It is against MY law and order to be on the phone when driving on the road. Why are the Crap so clueless like otak udang to call the driver breaking the traffic rules and possibly endangering road users? Ban drivers because they refused to take the call?
I kena banana once and I went to the office to get it reactivated. I was told I was un contactable. I said I did answer the call but ask the CS to call back as I was driving passenger home safely. The office admin asked me to go for reeducation while I said the CS needs to go for MY Undang Undang Akta Jalanraya reeducation where I can go to Putarjaya MOT to confirm the issue. After I went out of the office, my GRAB APP WAS REACTIVATED without going to the classroom Looks like they have been educated by my law enforcement experience and relationship with MOT , PDRM and JPJ. All it takes is to send a notification to call the office with certain extension or to whom it may concern about the issue whether someone left ipad or sanitary pad behind and wants it back. The driver can call back to confirm if the missing items are left in the car or thier office. As far as I know if anyone left ro lost thier items in Singapore to Airasia airlines, the stewardess would not be given a banana. other passengers might taken it while they are all disembarking. |

Driving 6S is like the 1 arm bandit slot machines. Sometimes get jackpots but then sometimes it goes on for hours without any ping payout.
The worst experience was last week when I go online for 6 hours without anything at all. I was static for about 2 hours at DPC where I proceed to drive from there to MK to 1 U. From there I ended at KLCC after passsing through MU and MV which the routes of 6S wheel of fortune . I parked there and observed many Alza going merry go round without grabbing any riders for 1 hour!!! Time from 3pm to 8pm last Sunday. The good experience is that I get a lot of up close and personal rides to KLIA. And I can afford to drive back straight without waiting for Q at the landslide on my Exora NGV. My full tank of Petronas Gas at Rm15 can take me to the distance of not less than 150 KM. The best experience is that I get Lucky Strike to take riders for wheels of foodies. After all, I am Mean Olde Chef who can drive round to Bentong, Ipoh or Penang to cari makan. I usually get FOC meals as chef guided tour of foodies with Shark Fin fares. I dun even mind if they Taupau the durians in my Proton where I am everready with a couple of covered container at the back seats. |

i went around and count the numbers of 6 seaters which doesnt add up to the Q in the crap app of 500 units. At the most. more or less than 50 units . And Just Crap q is about 900 but the landslide has lots of empty spaces at 8pm .
Still I balik kampung from KLIA to KLCC....to earn the incentive of extra Rm12 for 5 pickups since i Started at 630pm. |

Yes it is true. I was right at the hotel lobby with Gmap reflected that I have arrived. But the crab said are you here yet? Other occasions It had confirmed that I have arrived and I waited but when I cancelled after waited 5 minutes, the option of cancellation without pay and not affecting the CR is not there.
So the trick is to move around about 10 meters or so......to get the cancellation which you duly deserved. Among the worst crappy locations are Berjaya Times Square and Jalan Alor. |

Seen Middle Eastern foreigners on Crap apps zig zag to pick up riders. I stopped 1 of them driving dangerously and he said he got MY licence to drive with Grab.
Got two police officers on duty to check and possibly summoned him for reckless driving. while i drove away after picking up my riders. This post has been edited by zinglicious: Jun 15 2019, 12:25 PM |

Nope, just MY driving licence and student card.
Even having MY lesen, the driver has to obey traffic law and order. he beaten the red light, cut and sped ahead of me at 1 Utama pickup. Pelik tapi benar, why Grab approved the apps for these foreigners? |

When you grab some pussy cats dolls at the party , they are your dancing partners where they are no liabilities to take her home or prolong relationship
When you marry someone, she or he is your partner where there is unlimited liabilities including babies or lawsuits. |

So Crappy is doing Chow Kit street Petaling Street style in e hailing?
These drivers are contributing EPF, Socso and Income tax to MY country? Would they promoting MY place of interest or simply in Banglasia style? If the foreigners are caught engaging in employment or contractual works without official government permit in Indonesia , guess what are fines and jail time for breaking the law? Why is MOF and MOT of MY country not looking into this? The blatant abuse of taking the rice bowls from Malaysians from foreigners not abiding MY laws can simply be ignored just like that? |

Do you guys know that you have to be in MJ Black and White after July 12 or you can kena saman by JPJ?
First the badge sticker on the car , then black slack and white shirt attire.......how are the part timers cari makan without thier real bosses knowledge that they are crappy partners to contractors with e hailing companies? How many bosses would be OK with the moonlight workers especially if they are caught slacking in thier jobs by being tired, late to come in but punctual in clocking out for rush hours for TBB? https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2019...97GEcfOxJgvL.99 This post has been edited by zinglicious: Jun 16 2019, 02:54 AM |

IMHO, e hailing is a part time job for supplement income.
For full time job, what are the fortune or future especially if you are still young and able? How would your resume look if it is blank for a couple of years? How stable is the job or income of being a taxi driver or crappy partners?? What if JPJ law be implemented that those below 30 years old cannot do e hailing? The nightmare is what if you get a crappy banana? how to service the car loan? And the mother of all horror is if you goes full time without taking good care of your health what happens if you get unlucky strike with heart disease or stroke? One veteran driver in his late 30's commented that the driving hours get longer , income goes lower but cost goes higher .....how to tahan ? The era of earning high and easy income of RM 10K is like a champagne pop......which fizzles fast and fuzzy but long gone. The sum of all fears where it is the ugly truth where the bankers always wins and the players loses...... |

QUOTE(Calvin871989 @ Jun 16 2019, 04:55 AM) how many crap part time and full time Malaysians contribute to income tax ? There are currently a number of restrictions on the number of foreign workers a Malaysian company can employ in particular sector. The company will have to prove to the regulator bodies that the potential employee and their position are of utmost importance and the job cannot be filled by a local. The approval of the employment will be granted by different regulatory agencies with the Immigration Department, depending on the industry and nature of occupation. Once the approval for the appointment has been granted, the company can then begin the application process for the work permit on behalf of the foreign workers or contractors. we know that in Malaysia , our people wont do jobs for less pay so we call in banglas and other foreigners to do the job. crap can also apply the same rule here. because of current regulations and what not, just open the crap driver platform to all foreigners. foreigners too will have to comply with the regulations if they wish to drive for crap ? sit for exam and it will be in BM ? maybe crap can help them come out with exam in bengali language ? lol And if there are unskilled professionals, the requirement of paying the levy and conditions attached to the said industry which is defined by the category. So it is clearly that by opening the ehailing platform has breached the terms and condition of the foreigner status of employment in MY country law and order. Dat's why I said MOT is too busy doing stickers, Pushparkcomb. PSVD which it overlook the ramification where the abuse of foreigners breaking the rice bowls for those seeking supplementary income or full time. And the Home Ministry is too busy fanning other issues. Even the Ministry of human Resources is too preoccupied with other resources. BTW, how many foreigners setting up stalls pay income tax in Chow Kit, Petaling Street and Selayang? P/S I am not being racist but charity and clarity starts at home first. If I am somebody in the regulator bodies, there would be law and order in ehailing.
Of all the above issues, I would also ensure there would be just part time for drivers where they can only do up to certain max hours of driving and age and years driving requirement. If they were to do full time, they have to apply for taxi licence where regular medical check up is required. Not just urine test, but blood pressure is noted. Physical examination is to be done and certified by doctors not just plain height and weight. Being healthy is utmost importance to for the drivers to send thier riders sound and safe. But I am just ex Mean Olde Chef who is driving for fun where I am cooking some stories to pass my time. I will be still looking cool in my Chef uniform which is white coat and black slack. And i look sexy where I wear my chef hat and aprons to keep my monies and change. This post has been edited by zinglicious: Jun 16 2019, 05:17 AM |

The student visa working permit should be limited to work related occupation where wages are earned. But as been seen widely, you see lots of Nigerians running pubs or even food stalls at Aman Puri. Maybe they are taking culinary and hospitality courses? And the Banglasians taking marketing degree with their fish wholesale biz at Selayang?
I am unsure whether the Arab was renting the platform to grab riders as I have left the scene after picking up my riders. I just observed that he was showing off his lesen to drive and the green apps in his phone. after all, it is for the traffic cops to issue the saman if he was found to break any law and order. And maybe the Arab was taking a logistic degree from Limkokwing ? When I was gainfully employed in the States, I had different set of taxation by the federal government in my wages, winnings from stock market and lucky strikes from lottery. As for LHDN taxing, personal exemptions and rebates may apply to rakyat. I am unsure whether MY foreigners have different set of math to tabulate. Just 2000 taxi drivers attended the Raya open house by MOT while 500 of them turned rowdy because they couldnt taste the Anthony Loke goreng pisang delicacy. https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/...sport-ministry/
Just wondering aloud how come Grabbers to MYcars and other drivers not invited for free makan? The numbers of hungry Grabbers alone is at 2,000 at the landslide airport alone. 2,000 of them demanded thier law and order for the market of hundred thousand consumers who dislike thier stone age recipe and inflated pricing without receipt where they charge at thier whims and fancies. Luckily I am not the minister of MOT where I will be happy to be there to greet them and announced major changes in law and order. First, there would be background check for all taxi drivers. 2nd MOT would create a software where the riders can lodge in the app to file complaints and upload pictures. 3rd Taxi parking at non designated places like in BB to KLCC would be summoned as they are causing peanut jams 4th Taxi drivers guilty of misconduct from overcharging or reckless driving would be suspended or given banana with forfeiture of licence to drive. 5th Taxi as a public transport cannot refuse to pick up riders at thier whims and fancies unless they have valid reasons like safety issues. 6th. Just like restaurants and Uber or Grab, riders can check the how many bintang taxi drivers have Yang Berkhidmat dengan goreng pisang resipi. From mean olde chef who can cook foodies and stories. Just discovered that there is Uber style badges of honor.
And got 100 badges with great personality topping the list. If there is an incentive from positive remarks with the badges - say RM1 - I would earn extra Rm101 . In the mean time just shiok sendiri. |
