Previously, I was a Yellow member for my prepaid and Gold for my postpaid. Now it's Gold for all my numbers. I think they merged all the points under each IC now

My Prepaid Best BoS is offering 10 minutes free calls, which is useless to me as I am already on postpaid with unlimited calls.

I think that 10GB you mentioned is for free music and video streaming. No need to renew. It's already part of the Prepaid Live plan. Just keep your line active.

Basic internet is 64kbps internet.

Top up when it's a few days left. Don't top up too frequently because only the last topup counts. If you have 40 days left and you top up RM30 the validity still remains at 40 because 30 is less than 40. Alternatively, biGBonus add-ons above RM30 have the added feature of extending validity on their own.

So many different payment channels. It's your choice. Certain payment channels have cashback bonuses but seeing that your purpose is not for the long-term, it probably doesn't matter.

I'm not aware of any auto-payment setup for prepaid at the moment, but once you're on i150 you can arrange for auto-debit (5% discount for first 6 bills for newcomers).

Yes, of course online payment is convenient for those with credit/debit cards.

If you're on postpaid, it will appear in your next bill.

If you're on prepaid, there is no bill but you can access usage history in the OCS on the Digi website (not the app). I know at least one company which doesn't accept prepaid claims, so good luck in your attempts at claiming.

My situation today:

Got kicked out of MyDigi app. Several unsuccessful attempts at logging in by email, but finally able to log in through phone number. For a long time cannot switch to other numbers, but now seems OK.

I'm not sure if dealers can do the replacement, but my experience of getting a replacement SIM at the Digi Store is through the kiosk. Yes, IC and fingerprint verification was required.

From Digi's point of view, verbally declaring your relationship with the owner is not enough. It's bureaucratic I know but the CS are just following the rules. You should have just done a Live Chat through his account, then they would have been none the wiser.
