QUOTE(xeon1989 @ Mar 13 2019, 03:40 PM) I supposed this only works for those offered by Digi, isn't it? Both prepaid lines in my household were offered this Postpaid 38 upgrade in the BoS but not my postpaid account. I would have been tempted to downgrade my postpaid to this plan if offered as I am barely making full use of my 35GB + 30GB YouTube @ RM85.

Having failed to entice me to convert to Postpaid 120, Digi now tries to get me to go for Infinite 100: https://new.digi.com.my/promotion/cop-dp100...sq01-c13-cop_9eNope, I'm still not biting. I'm seeking to pay less, not raise your ARPU, Digi.

Seriously considering getting out of my Postpaid 80 (paying 85 for no weekend/weekday distinction) despite having lots of loyalty extras. The problem is I'm only using about 10% of my data quota and 0 of my unlimited calls every month. My next step is deciding whether to go for an Ambassador plan or for prepaid...if I get demoted from Gold to Yellow, I will consider that an achievement.

My Postpaid 80 has only 2GB maximum rollover data. They are so much more generous with prepaid.

QUOTE(thankyou @ Mar 18 2019, 07:14 PM) Hi @tympg I have a question about VoWIFI, if I'm roaming with Digi and make/receive a call to Malaysia number, am I being charged as roaming call or my normal domestic call plan which is free domestic call? Thanks in advance! Yes, as if still on the Digi network. QUOTE(saitong09 @ Mar 18 2019, 08:45 PM) Who know in the future Digi allow us to transfer the roll over data, then we can sell it and get back some $ Cash? Digi? You'll wait a long time before that happens. Personally they should give interest for credit kept more than a month.

QUOTE(CoffeeMiloTea @ Mar 20 2019, 04:08 PM) Hi, can anyone share the prepaid plan what exactly is being offered? the digi webpage is way too confusing Plans- Prepaid Live
- Currently the default plan.
- 2.5GB free music and video streaming every week.
- 1000 minutes & 1000 SMS to 6 Buddyz (6 Digi users you nominate)
- Prepaid Best -- Digi doesn't want to talk about this plan hence not in the website, but users here say can switch to this plan from Prepaid Live.
- Has 6-month and 1-year Super Long Life (different prices for different versions; latest version RM108 for 1-year SLL)
Generally, RM1 topup = 1 day validity, although RM100 = 120 day validity. After choosing the plan, you can choose an add-on (monthly, weekly or daily; auto-renew or one-off). Add-ons- Internet Cili Padi -- small packages
- biGBonus -- internet packages with free daily internet 1-7pm
- Super Terrer -- data and voice call combo packages with unlimited internet (non-hotspot only) 12am-12pm
- Kaki Sosial -- social media internet packages

QUOTE(ckh6003 @ Mar 21 2019, 10:18 PM) Hi, may I know how to get a such good deal from Digi ? My current amb 68 no attractive anymore I planning to change it Even though the normal postpaid 58 (5gb + 5gb), it still a good deal compare to amb 68 Digi often tries to offer something that will make you pay a bit more than what you're paying at the moment. So not likely an Amb68 user like yourself be offered something cheaper than Am68.

QUOTE(xiaoxiaoshen @ Mar 23 2019, 09:00 PM) Maybe this been discussed before, I just join this forum. I kena kaw kaw. When your travel aboard even you don’t answer the call, it still charge roaming incoming call if it go to your voice mail. This not happen in maxis n celcom last time I own them. I just join Digi in 2017. Check out this earlier conversation in this forum: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4555565/+1021

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Mar 25 2019, 11:04 AM) ic, I had requested to turn off voicemail, so have to call Digi to check if the roaming voicemail turn off as well. You can do it yourself using USSD. I think voicemail is under Rewards and Services.

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Mar 25 2019, 05:52 PM) There is setting for voice mail in USSD, but didn't saw roaming voice mail. VMS Roaming is what you're looking fior. The trouble is it's located at different locations in the USSD for prepaid vs postpaid.

QUOTE(fairylord @ Mar 26 2019, 08:17 AM) Would like to ask the Roaming add on RM25 for 2GB and 30min at China is to buy the eligibility for using the mentioned quota of my plan OR I'm really given 2GB and 30min extra to be used at China? 2GB to be used in the roaming country. Any data quota you have with Digi in Malaysia cannot be used overseas.

QUOTE(JuneResources @ Mar 26 2019, 10:27 AM) Then the outdial message is what? From what I got googling the term, outdial is for those people who want their voicemail notification of one number sent to another number. I doubt whether many people use this.

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of changing prepaid plans: "You must have less than 60 days validity for your current prepaid plan, otherwise the options to change plans will not show up."

QUOTE(fairylord @ Mar 26 2019, 07:18 PM) Wah.. Some more like this oh.. Meaning those in 365 SLL will never have this plan option to change to in ussd? Hmmm. Can still wait until less than 60 days validity left and then check again.

Two lines here in Penang. One prepaid one postpaid. No apparent problem for both lines. Can receive calls. Digi website is accessible, but Community site is full of people complaining no line.

QUOTE(johnkc610 @ Mar 28 2019, 10:06 AM) Cyberjaya & Puchong no line. Try to call Digi call center, but the line is not callable. Come on Digi, you can have outage, but please make address that, at least in your IVR. You don't even mentioned the outage in your website. QUOTE(littlebeettle @ Mar 28 2019, 10:20 AM) SoyaCincau updated service interrupted. Digi own website no announcement...could it be can't update the info also ? When a telco encounters network problems, the first thing they usually update is their twitter account, not their website

QUOTE(littlebeettle @ Mar 28 2019, 10:59 AM) When mobile user is having data interuption....technically how on earth can check via twitter (with assumption you are mobile) if desktop based, first thing usually people would go onto their website... But i think today....LYN would be 1 of the prime source to get updated info I'm just telling you from past behaviour what telcos tend to do. The CS person in charge of their twitter account probably won't have immediate authorisation to change website content.
