QUOTE(KopiChia @ Apr 8 2019, 09:25 PM) They did email me requesting his full name ic dob and address they said its all needed for verification since I am not original owner. After I given them all the details they told me cannot give me info is plain BS. Why ask for those details in first place. Either way they are playing us for fools since their itemise billing did not show anything at all for several months. Btw which prepaid plan is it?

QUOTE(KopiChia @ Apr 8 2019, 09:40 PM) No idea this phone never use for months always got money don't tell me they subscribe this acct to something we didn't agree to? If no IDD Internet Club subscribed, then you are paying PAYU (pay as you use) internet. Switch off your Mobile Data immediately. Every kilobyte internet used is charged on Best v4. QUOTE(KopiChia @ Apr 8 2019, 09:50 PM) How much is it charging. I checked it used 1.6mb past 2~3 months ending in March. My house WiFi is always on but who knows... I'm not sure the rate but I believe there is a cap of RM8 a day.

QUOTE(KopiChia @ Apr 8 2019, 09:57 PM) Buts 1.6mb for period of 2~3months it can eat rm30 in 10 days? There was no issue with this phone past few years. The number had been sitting into my old moto g for years after I turn it into alarm clock. Somewhere middle of last year I check I got between 50~100 rm credit left. Its only Feb I realised zero credit TopUp rm30 and by 10 days there was an sms saying credit gone below rm3 Type *200*1# on the phone to see if it is inadverdently subscribed to any add-ons. Better still install the MyDigi app somewhere so you can clearly monitor any subscriptions.

QUOTE(KopiChia @ Apr 8 2019, 10:09 PM) Fuck it must be subscribed to some Internet. It says kindly check your Internet quota *128*1*8# I never agreed to subscribe to anything. Won't this charge show up in itemised billing? I never even browse online on this phone. Well you'll have to make sense of what's going on this account otherwise you're going to continue bleeding credit.

Dammit, I've got 26GB of YouTube quota to use by end of Thursday. No way I can binge-watch 26GB worth of YouTube till Thursday midnight.

QUOTE(GOPI56 @ Apr 9 2019, 07:40 PM) Watch 4K and 8K videos on YouTube to use up the data. What's the point when I don't have devices that support those resolutions.

QUOTE(jkngo2003 @ Apr 10 2019, 08:22 AM) u can download tubemate app. this app is not in playstore. u need to donwload it from google chrome. with this tubemate, u can download the youtube movie using the youtube data. very fast for u to finish it if u donwload movie or drama from youtube But the YouTube app already allows you to download to the phone for Malaysian IP users. (I already have 120 videos in backlog.)

Finally taken the plunge. I've converted my postpaid main line to prepaid. I was offered the Prepaid 28 plan but I said no. Pros:. Flexibility, less wastage. Cons:. No more Roam like Home for me. Need to constantly monitor validity expiry date.
I reckon I will be spending RM30-RM40 a month from now on. That's less than 50% of my postpaid bill. Right now my account balance is RM0.01

QUOTE(mois @ Apr 15 2019, 03:12 PM) Weird. Last 2 months my prepaid rm40 plan, the internet can rollover. However, today renew and no more rollover. How come like that? Was there any interruption; eg., out of credit, end of validity, etc.?

QUOTE(klckm88 @ Apr 16 2019, 02:15 PM) I just subscribed the big bonus plan rm30 5gb + 30gb 1pm - 7pm, and also got free 2gb for 30days. But until 1pm,the data is deduct the free 2gb one, not the 1gb 1pm-7pm. Is it need to utilize all the free 2gb first then i can get everyday 1gb free? Yes, I complained about this to Digi, but they basically just shrugged and said this is the way. Silly of them but I think Digi is too lazy to correct this issue.

QUOTE(RDoe @ Apr 16 2019, 04:40 PM) Given the choice to switch from Live to Best, and seeing that only Live is available out there for new registration, I've been staring but can hardly find many advantages Live has over Best, except for the slightly longer inactive period before termination. Am I missing something? I have both Best 2017 and Live. My take on this: - Best has 1 year and 6 month SLL, Live has only 1 day SLL.
- Live has longer grace period (90 days) than Best (75 days).
- Live has 2.5GB video and music quota every week whereas Best 2017 has free tetherable 1GB data every night at 12am-8am.
- Live can do Talktime Transfer; Best cannot.
So it depends on your circumstances which plan is better for you. Personally, I think on the balance Live has more plus points for me. I tried 1-year SLL once; no way am I spending RM108 just for SLL again. This post has been edited by tympg: Apr 16 2019, 05:16 PM

QUOTE(RDoe @ Apr 16 2019, 06:03 PM) I understand that there's no charge for switching from Live to Best, but will the switch affect the credit balance in the account? Let's say I reload RM100 into my Live account and later decided to change it to Digi Best. The credit balance will just be carried over, right? I think credit and validity will not be affected but they won't let you change plans if you have more than 60 days validity.
