If no IDD Internet Club subscribed, then you are paying PAYU (pay as you use) internet. Switch off your Mobile Data immediately. Every kilobyte internet used is charged on Best v4.

Type *200*1# on the phone to see if it is inadverdently subscribed to any add-ons. Better still install the MyDigi app somewhere so you can clearly monitor any subscriptions.

Finally taken the plunge. I've converted my postpaid main line to prepaid. I was offered the Prepaid 28 plan but I said no. Pros:. Flexibility, less wastage. Cons:. No more Roam like Home for me. Need to constantly monitor validity expiry date.

I reckon I will be spending RM30-RM40 a month from now on. That's less than 50% of my postpaid bill. Right now my account balance is RM0.01

Yes, I complained about this to Digi, but they basically just shrugged and said this is the way. Silly of them but I think Digi is too lazy to correct this issue.

I have both Best 2017 and Live. My take on this:
  • Best has 1 year and 6 month SLL, Live has only 1 day SLL.
  • Live has longer grace period (90 days) than Best (75 days).
  • Live has 2.5GB video and music quota every week whereas Best 2017 has free tetherable 1GB data every night at 12am-8am.
  • Live can do Talktime Transfer; Best cannot.
So it depends on your circumstances which plan is better for you. Personally, I think on the balance Live has more plus points for me. I tried 1-year SLL once; no way am I spending RM108 just for SLL again.

I think credit and validity will not be affected but they won't let you change plans if you have more than 60 days validity.
