I have a question, I have Digi Prepaid Best 2016 and with a balance of RM 82 at the moment. It is inactive as I only extend 1 day validity every 70-75 days to keep the no. Now my best friend is coming to Malaysia and I plan to lend her this prepaid no. for her usage in Malaysia. She will be here for two weeks and with the credit balance there is no issue for me to subscribe either weekly or monthly data plan. My question will be, can I extend 1 day validity and then subscribe to any of these plans? I want to make use of the existing balance without reloading my credit again.

I saw the validity options, there are only 1 day and 180 days, there is no 30 days validity...

Any idea how?

NOW, the new digi app, when you login with any of the number, you can see all other lines. This is a security issue.

Anyone facing this kind of issue when login this morning? 

I am not using all 3 lines. The other 2 lines are for my family members and they are NOT supposed to see other lines. Otherwise they will mess up the other lines settings and prepaid packages.

The digi CS have acknowledged this is an issue with the new app when i reported this earlier. And they said they can't do anything at moment to fix this as they said it's the new app functionality. Prrfffh.

All 3 lines are registered under my name. Unless they hv my email id login, they are not supposed to see all 3 lines.

Initially i wanted to register all my lines under the same email address cause i lazy to create email address. I didnt even know the new feature can see all lines.
So u were saying, in other words, if you want the lines to able to see each other need to register using the same email right?
But then you said cannot use same email   
Btw I noticed it only works for POSTPAID as for PREPAID need to have TAC for verification before can add the line to view it.
Where as for POSTPAID only need to key-in the IC number without any verification needed.

Perhaps ask them to send TAC as well so the primary (account holder) can verify whether the other lines are allowed to view other lines or not.

I guess the bare minimum should just be given to the 3G to just sufficient to carry the voice, and 2G should be outrightly shut down.

currently i'm using Digi RM53 plan (from long time ago)
as i got my company phone and new number, i just wanna keep my digi number, but paying RM53 a month for nothing is wasteful.

Well yeah. But it is better to double check on that phone before buying.

That's called dual 4G phone, meaning both SIMs can operate in LTE.
Another thing to make sure is, it is better to buy a dual 4G SIM phone that can supports VoLTE on both SIM 1 and 2 as well.
