Me also on RM30 5Gb, but i did not renew immediately due to not enough credit. I suppose the 4GB unused internet was not rollover.

Always the stupid choice - only offer free 1 MBO ticket this month, and 1 scoop of BR last month for platinum.
If the unusable network isn't improved, it's useless of being platinum user.

BTW, unlimited 5days for RM10 add-on still valid for family 150/250 plans, but only valid for the main line.

It makes me wondering why are you still with Digi? I saw you complain since months ago, they will not improve knowing how Digi works.
Are you on contract or something? Else, I don't see any obligation to stick with them.

for me, never regret switched from xpax.

1. coverage wise, digi better indoor coverage at my hometown
2. digi didnt suck up credit if mobile data plan renewal unsuccessful
3. rewards, (xpax? nothing lol)

I'm now on Maxis, it's my sister's and mom.
They're reluctant to let go of 'family 160 with 70gb all-day data for 3 numbers", one of my sis is using "family 260 with 130gb all day data for 4 numbers", because no other telcos give that much data for this price + additional numbers.
To me, even 100gb of unusable data is useless, only the free RLH may still be attractive to me.
Recently, they began to complain Digi is slow. It's in fact Digi network is deteriorating day by day.

recently encounter this problem :

I cant call my mom mobile phone , but my mom can call my phone .. both phone can communicate via WhatsApp without any problem .. already checked everything , we didn't make any changes in term of editing the number or change setting etc

The shop already took screenshot of my mykad.

How do I activate it?

Can't make a call.

u need to "make a call"" first..
after u dial a number, it will connect u to a computer operator..
the computer operator will ask u to choose the language u want..just choose any language that u prefer
after that, the sim will be activated..

at least for my case..its like this
