Can call CS to change plan over the phone for existing customer?

Don't easily get fooled by her so called "Suggestion". She just want to do your business.

Same to Digi Call Center Officer, u can get up to 3 different answers when you called in to ask for 3 same questions from 3 different officers.

They are so unsure what they are doing and simply giving advise by asking you to trial & error and then give you bullshit explanation when your trial & error failed (P/S: At your own cost and no compensation)

I had bad experiences with the MyDigi app purchases where the call center did not honored what they have promised and ask you to accept their "misinterpretation" with their "sincere apologies"

I saw this one time pass under "Bestsellers" on MyDigi app, showing that it offers Unlimited Calls to all networks for RM9. This number is currently subscribed to Kaki Social plan, under Digi Prepaid LiVE.

Is anyone know what are the requirements needed to qualify this offer? What I know is, if you do not subscribe to any data plans, this RM9 unlimited call plan will not appear on MyDigi app.

Ia this RM9 unlimited calls still eligible to any biGBonus data plans, or only selected biGBonus plan? Any other info or requirements that I need to know to be able to enjoy this RM9 unlimited call plan?

I am using Bigbonus 30 (5GB + 30GB) and the RM9 option is still there as of today.

for digi prepaid , if i reload RM30 means last for 30days the credit ?

like lets say i get a starter pack , then i reload RM30 , and i purchase internet daily pass for 5days (total RM15) , so after my internet daily pass expire , my RM15 remaining still can last for the remaining 25days?

Anyone any idea what’s going on with Digi Kaki Social plan being dropped. Wow so many of my family’s member is in this plan.

I use roughly 8GB data for FB per month when I check on Hotlink Apps last time.

I was using Hotlink Fast 3.0 earlier, but the free quota for FB has been removed from Hotlink Apps.
So, I MNP to Digi.

Just check the app the RM30 is still available under internet plus. Rm40 is gone. Phew 😅 will know in a week time when my plan is due for renewal.

How about the kaki social plan without free call?
Is it still there?

No, only RM30 is available now social usage is unlimited.

No kaki social here either. The other day they offer me rm20 for 3 mnths(?) for normal rm30 plan. I didn't pick it up.

Day 1: activate and reload RM30 (validity 30 days)
Day 1 to 30: can make and receive calls (and use basic internet for some plans).
After Day 30 - Grace period (it could be 30, 60, 75 or 90 days before the line is terminated): You cannot use basic internet and make call, but you can receive calls.

Within the grace period, go to MyDigi or *128# (-> Talktime Services -> Super Long Life) to buy RM1 for 1 days validity, you line will be active again for making calls till 11:59pm on the following day then starting another new grace period.
