They are so unsure what they are doing and simply giving advise by asking you to trial & error and then give you bullshit explanation when your trial & error failed (P/S: At your own cost and no compensation) I had bad experiences with the MyDigi app purchases where the call center did not honored what they have promised and ask you to accept their "misinterpretation" with their "sincere apologies"
