Anyone knows where to complain credit theft? A rarely used prepaid number under super long life keeps zeroing its money so damn fast. It was zero credit when I check in early Feb I TopUp rm30 14 Feb by 25 Feb its below RM3 and now April I tried make a call its credit is at zero. No sms of being charge anything.

Any advise other than contacting mcmc? My issue is my rarely used phone of my dad had been losing credits. We kept the number on backup phone no usage. Digi claims not my phone unless I provide his details. After provide his details they claim not my phone won't help. I checked digi site there are no billing during a single period that I noticed of the theft. Yet I TopUp rm30 on 14/15 Feb the credit went under RM3 by 25 Feb or so. Any other place I should sent my email complain to since digi decided to be unhelpful?
