Getting Started

I MNP to Digital Prepaid Live on last Saturday. Subscribed to kaki social 30, surprisingly I saw my data for social apps is unlimited instead of 1GB/day. Planning to subscribe RM 9 unlimited call to all networks for 30 days. Bye bye Hotlink Fast 3.0 as the free 999GB data for FB is no longer available. QUOTE(ohkeat @ Jan 28 2019, 08:46 AM) Wow! Which Digi Center did you go? The 6GB data is split into 3GB weekday and 3GB weekend? What is (SAC)? Went to Digi Store Sunway Pyramid to ask about this just now. According to the person, SAC is like those customer retention plan. Existing user can also take this plan as long as they are already using Digi QUOTE(AmeiN @ Jan 28 2019, 12:17 PM) thanks. nice. btw, this is postpaid or prepaid plan? QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Jan 28 2019, 05:19 PM) what about port in and be a digi customer, then change the plan? lol I did ask her about this method also but it seems like she isn't sure. I asked her if it is possible to take prepaid first during port in and change to postpaid once ported in and take this plan. The answer that she gave is "don't think this is possible". Instead, she suggested to take Digi Postpaid 38 for the first month after porting in and only change to this plan from the second month onwards

She just want to do your business. Same to Digi Call Center Officer, u can get up to 3 different answers when you called in to ask for 3 same questions from 3 different officers. They are so unsure what they are doing and simply giving advise by asking you to trial & error and then give you bullshit explanation when your trial & error failed (P/S: At your own cost and no compensation) I had bad experiences with the MyDigi app purchases where the call center did not honored what they have promised and ask you to accept their "misinterpretation" with their "sincere apologies"

I saw this one time pass under "Bestsellers" on MyDigi app, showing that it offers Unlimited Calls to all networks for RM9. This number is currently subscribed to Kaki Social plan, under Digi Prepaid LiVE. Is anyone know what are the requirements needed to qualify this offer? What I know is, if you do not subscribe to any data plans, this RM9 unlimited call plan will not appear on MyDigi app. Ia this RM9 unlimited calls still eligible to any biGBonus data plans, or only selected biGBonus plan? Any other info or requirements that I need to know to be able to enjoy this RM9 unlimited call plan?
