I cannot log in

MyDigi app v8 onwards you have to register a new account. You will be sent a TAC during registration. Not using the old Connect system anymore.

Yes, you're correct. I sign up register again then can log in.

When I did it the other time on my Androids, it's the password chosen, from what I saw (might or might not have been wrong since I wasn't using my glasses). Password needs (at least) a symbol, capital letter, and 8 digits minimum...

I was thinking prepaid... then sharing out the credit balance to the other cards.

Erm, new acc again

pretty stupid right? should have port-over the database. i have 5 prepaids and 2 sim forgot put where now cant create acc. but luckily this new version app can use IC to add all accounts into 1 single account (i think for Postpaid only)

I believe it was also the same when they launch the previous app.

Can use back the same email add registered in Connect. However, take note there is a slight change in password criteria.

I just updated the MyDigi app for someone else's phone.

It's a Nokia 1 running Android Go 8.1. Man, this app is crawling like a snail on this Android Go phone. Of course the low-end specs (only 1GB RAM for example) of this under-RM200 phone doesn't help.

Anyone knows where to find family n friends list on d new myDigi v8, used to be at settings. I hate changes that r not seamless.

F&F is not available yet for the new app, this has been made known to them earlier. Their reply: "This new app is built from ground and unfortunate to inform you, F&F is something we are working to include back to the app with a better user experience."

my digi prepaid is currently in grace period and there is a data subscription that is suspended. if i reload now, does anyone know how quickly will the subscription be renewed and money deducted? will i have time (say maybe 30 secs?) to go into ussd and unsub?

I'd try to get customer service to help me unsubscribe before I reload, because I think there's a risk.

Also you might end up unsubscribing the renewed one...

mine rollover for 3.5GB from last month..if they capped at 100GB (similar to prepaid package), then, I don't need to use up the data before month end..

I have a question, I have Digi Prepaid Best 2016 and with a balance of RM 82 at the moment. It is inactive as I only extend 1 day validity every 70-75 days to keep the no. Now my best friend is coming to Malaysia and I plan to lend her this prepaid no. for her usage in Malaysia. She will be here for two weeks and with the credit balance there is no issue for me to subscribe either weekly or monthly data plan. My question will be, can I extend 1 day validity and then subscribe to any of these plans? I want to make use of the existing balance without reloading my credit again.

I saw the validity options, there are only 1 day and 180 days, there is no 30 days validity...

Any idea how?

I only know it's capped at 3 Mbps.

After buying the 1-day extension, buy the 30-day add-on of 5GB + 30GB @ RM30. This add-on has the Always Active feature which will extend the validity on its own. This is the cheapest plan with Always Active.
