i from yoodo. if i want change to prepaid and subscribe unlimited call prepaid rm 28. is it possible to do it at digi center sarawak?

i go to do port in from yoodo at digi center also be charged rm10 and need ic and thumb print.

my mother refuse to go digi center and ask me do it online. only rm1 be charged by doing online. the switch again to digi prepaid rm28(unlimited call) and being charged prorated rm 17.

i also think like i be cheated by digi center rm10.

I reload rm50 and after I change to digi rm28 at 9th may 2019, I still have balance rm33 plus in my balance.

My digi lazada can used for digi reload.
But when lazada revalidate my voucher code, I cannot use it for digi reload. May I know what can I use for this voucher code in lazada?
