Grabfood delivery charges so expensive now, most of the places last time they charge about RM 6, now increase to RM 9.50

Other than All IT, any potential stores will we can easily clear huge points balance which allow us to scan them? Got to clear all points and keep Grab in cold storage

In-store redemption cost about 165 points to RM 1, worried this will be devalued too after these 2 weeks useless so called super sale

Good idea, can try but I need to redeem large amount to clear. Super regret that day didn't redeem everything on the Caring voucher, that's the best ever offer probably in the past 1 year

Edit: Actually I really never thought of the self pickup idea really not bad if have restaurant nearby I will redeem as many as I can manage to utilise before expiry

Have to be very careful with these vouchers, I always forget and buy something less than RM 10. As it's auto applied regardless of the amount you spend, you can easily overlook this. I once spent RM 5 and totally forgotten I've this voucher, and it stupidly applied my RM 10 voucher on this purchase

Totally agree TNG is the most useless if no promo, but somehow I think it's the most popular....

It's clear that whenever someone owes me money and want to transfer to my e-wallet, 90% will ask to transfer to TNG.

Anyone encounter when order GrabFood, when tried to message them in the app, it auto divert to normal sms?

All the while no issue I can access the in-app chat, but since few days ago it straight launch the sms....my other family members don't have such issue

Really not sure why certain outlets don't have self collect, cannot be their cost higher right....

I think those without any vouchers no reason to order through self pick up, it's more for those with lots of vouchers, on monthly discount subscription or during Grab promo

Previously got one promo before this PASSPORT, I think 50% one, cannot do self pickup if use this promo code

Previously they have 1 icon just click self pickup, now no more guess true not encouraged really don't know the logic.
If delivery fee like RM 10 understand la maybe they want to allow driver to earn or Grab earn more, but even quite a number of shops nearby now only charge delivery RM 0.50, so don't tell me they earn less if we pick up ourselves? We pick up they no need pay the driver

How long does it take to get the tng softpin from elinking after payment?

I bought RM 50 just to try it out. Go to My Order -> Softpin and few hours later the status still show recharging.

Am I missing something here?

Didn't use my Maybank Grabcard for so long after receiving it since I still have lots of credits. But just tried to top up RM 100 2 days ago still no points yet.

I know there are faq mentioning the 5x top up points will be reflected after few days (after transaction posted), based on real encounter how many days normally you guys receive it in your app?

Hopefully the extra points is reliable, very lazy to reconcile due to timing difference, when top up transactions increase very messy already when need to keep checking.
