Thats because you didnt have some staff slacking off and misreading the issue completely without resolving anything and close the ticket on you. Then you need to open a new ticket to highlight the issue.
In terms of consistent rewards though, Grab is better of the top 3 ewallets.

This is what I got from Grab, many times already
1) GrabFood
- feedback not enough soup, full refund
- delivered wrong item (ie mee hoon instead of mee), full refund
- whole cake just slightly damaged, full refund
2) GrabMart
- wrong description (ie written 200g but delivered 180g, it's actually a typo) - full refund
- milk close to expiry - full refund
What I realise is, those they have discretion, they will just refund instead of offending customers, afterall it's really easy for them to just refund no need argue with customer
Probably more complicated issues or those they can't really solve or don't understand, they will ignore
So far I got many calls from Grab after feedback in app, without me calling them, many times they called to apologise and straight offer refund without me asking
Whenever I call Grab, if they cannot solve my issue, I will ask for a manager call back, the manager never failed to call me, and most are very professional
I will suggest if they can't solve your issue, ask to speak to the manager. Compared to so many others (banks, other e-wallets, etc), where their superior almost certainly refuse or so coward to speak to customer, grab's supervisor or and manager are so much more professional and will attend to me, they will not hide behind the staffs.
Compare to boost, tng, shopee etc customer service I can really vomit blood
