This is most annoying part from Grab, there are few occasions that I need to spend more than that....
Also though not listed, Grab always block top up if sometimes I top up daily, I not sure how it works, is it based on amount or frequent top up they detect irregularities, not only my wallet few from my family members also encounter similar issues.

Damn annoying, they should know they already have a limit of 1k, and if I want to buy a 5k product from a shop and they allow me to split payment obviously I have to top up few days in a row to complete the payment....

Calling their cs is useless one, many times they will tell me they see nothing wrong with my account bla bla bla....
So it's all automated and they always cannot do anything

Can't remember the actual stories previously, but if it's not due to user's negligence they should compensate, just like credit card protection, imagine credit card limit us 1k credit.

Also, out of the big 3, Grab is the best yet they have the lowest limit.

It's not possible, it's only possible for some free deliveries promo where the discount is auto applied.
You can only choose your grab vouchers or key in the existing promo code and not both

I've done that many times, with 2-3 grab accounts on 1 phone, but the last time I did that was like 2 months ago.
Grab is very strict, and with these cases I'll be very cautious and will avoid logging in more than 1 account to the same phone already.

I normally only redeem RM 50, GrabFood really not cheap, and I think >50% merchant price higher on Grabfood, with some really substantially higher. Without any promo or vouchers, I'll definitely not order from GrabFood from merchants with higher price and delivery fees

If you spend above RM 50, using RM 50 voucher is still not that bad....I'm willing to pay higher delivery fee (ie up to RM 15) for those outlets further away, but not on food with 20-30% markup....

Not all shops allow multiple separate orders (ie need to confirm receiving first order before place another order again)
while some shops allow up to 4 orders at the same time (that's the max I've tried)

Don't have to worry, I've placed hundreds of orders with few verified Grab accounts since MCO.
There's no reason at all for them to flag you. Else imagine those student or young adults renting room/house, so whole house kena all kena flag.

I didn't receive notification but they block my transfer to my mom's account, damn stupid. Same here, I transfer regularly, because I use both accounts to buy food, make payment, etc.....just to keep both account Platinum status active and the points expiry.....also to redeem more pointsback voucher since now they always limit to 2 vouchers per account.....

They shouldn't simply block, it makes sense for family members to transfer between account la....unless transfer to many different accounts consistently then they can suspect we sell credits

Last mth still need to select the voucher manually, but this time it's auto added and applied, you should see your total pmt amount reduced

Happened to me when I used PayLater for the first time last month, didn't get the PayLater reward for new user.
I activated PayLater before but have never used it at all.

On and off read some displeasure on Grab, but so far to me it's still the best, in terms of points/reward, customer service and service recovery.

Not sure about others, I've always got really satisfactory response from their customer service and really good compensation from them for whatever issues I raise

This is what I got from Grab, many times already
1) GrabFood
- feedback not enough soup, full refund
- delivered wrong item (ie mee hoon instead of mee), full refund
- whole cake just slightly damaged, full refund

2) GrabMart
- wrong description (ie written 200g but delivered 180g, it's actually a typo) - full refund
- milk close to expiry - full refund

What I realise is, those they have discretion, they will just refund instead of offending customers, afterall it's really easy for them to just refund no need argue with customer
Probably more complicated issues or those they can't really solve or don't understand, they will ignore
So far I got many calls from Grab after feedback in app, without me calling them, many times they called to apologise and straight offer refund without me asking
Whenever I call Grab, if they cannot solve my issue, I will ask for a manager call back, the manager never failed to call me, and most are very professional

I will suggest if they can't solve your issue, ask to speak to the manager. Compared to so many others (banks, other e-wallets, etc), where their superior almost certainly refuse or so coward to speak to customer, grab's supervisor or and manager are so much more professional and will attend to me, they will not hide behind the staffs.

Compare to boost, tng, shopee etc customer service I can really vomit blood
