Good thing is, if they delivered wrong or damaged item, they don't ask back from you, but you still get full refund.

I recently bought online from Jaya Grocer, 1 item was wrong, very cheap item only, they sent someone come all the way to collect back the item from me

Sometimes only, because some items doesn't make sense to post ie if short of 1 food item, what to post?
Also I recall some feedback topic doesn't allow to post photos
