Have you tried since it came back yesterday? I'll try in the next few days, will let you know. Before this, I've reloaded plenty of times. However, last month all the RM5 reloads came with only 0-24hrs validity. IE: It expires on the same day you reload. Not sure if they fixed that. The month before that was OK. RM5 = 5 days.

The same error happened to me a few weeks ago when I tried to redeem umobile reward. A few days later it becomes redeemable again.

Since the grabfood price change (to include SST), I think how app calculates discount and points earned become clearer. You get 6 pt for every rm1 of your total order.

E.g. subtotal (+ tax) = 25.8
delivery = 5
total order = 30.8 x 6 = 184.8 = 185 pt

I haven’t tried it because I have no pending bill to be paid at the moment. So I’m not sure it is working or not.
