Anyone of you ever encountered x 2 points not received from Signature merchants? Tried to highlight to Grabpay but no response at all! How long does it take to get this resolved? Can't even figure out why this could happen!

It has to be a Duitnow QR, the difference is at the bottom there.

one of workaround, topup setel app, so you get Grab points, then use it on any duitnow QR since setel already support it. Can collect setel rewards as well

Points are irrelevant anyway.
Grab has a shitty transfer out ecosystem that don't allow withdrawal .
They literally semi-force you to use their ecosystem.

You can use points to offset the reload amount, but the rate seem expensive, I rather spend on Paylater deal RM 10 for 1000 points

Implement first in the app lol I was surprised thought they started early this mystery reward thing…they didn’t tho. Still got my usual 1.5% points
