Hi all,
On 8-Mar I redeemed a Shopee RM5 voucher using 800 Grab Points. The voucher is valid till 30-Apr.
So today is the last day. I decided to click "Use Now". When I pasted the code in the Shopee voucher column, system said fully redeemed already.

Can this happen? I redeemed using 800 points can burn like that?

Finally GrabPay can scan DuitNow QR.
But, no Grab points awarded.

Hi xx, please be informed that you will only earn Grab reward points if you scan Grabpay DuitNow QR Code, in which at the moment is still not launched yet. You must have scanned other e-wallet DuitNow QR code and not Grabpay. Sorry. - Kimmy

So, the answer is, we must use GrabPay to scan a GrabPay DuitNow QR, in order to earn points.

Just now I use GrabPay to scan a MAE DuitNow QR, that explains why no points awarded.

On the other hand, I used to use Boost to scan MAE DuitNow QR and able to earn Boost coins.

So-called "National" QR code, but GrabPay is being discriminatory by refusing to give points if buyer use GrabPay to scan a non-Grab DuitNow QR.
Might as well don't join the National QR Code campaign, if GrabPay is so unwilling.

Of course the buyer must use GrabPay.
Not only that, also need to make sure the merchant's DuitNow QR is also under GrabPay only can earn points.

If buyer use GrabPay to scan a ShopeePay's DuitNow QR, earn NOTHING.

At the bottom of the QR Code standee there will mention the merchant partner ie. MAE, Boost, TnG etc.

What is the reason for excluding Carousell from GrabRewards points ?
If GrabPay do this to Carousell, I think Carousell should stop collaborate with GrabPay.

did you click the voucher "USE NOW" before scan QR ?
Besides, please check the voucher T&C whether the voucher is for offline (in-store) use only.
