Just ask yourself.. Do you willing to live next to ktm, highway, graveyard and gigantic HTC ?
If NO, don't buy.. The main reason to buy for investment is you yourself willing to live in the property.. Don't fall to the future development or kampung expat bla2.. This YHN segambut property kecoh since 2013.. YHN postponed it because no one wanna buy.. |
