PNB staff only 1500.. For now, only staff currently in Menara PNB (PNB and it's subsidiaries like ASNB, Prolintas, CCM, bla2 confirm will move to PNB118). Others like UMW, Perodua not sure.

I don't think Maybank will move to PNB118 because they already have their own tower.

As for now, The Exhange 106 Tower winning in term of getting tenants to fill the tower.

SA told me they are really surprise to see a lot of people interested in this project especially 2room unit. Can start pre-book already.

His cashflow hundred thousands per month bro.. Almost all of his 50++ properties generate positive cashflow.. and he made millions from selling properties. I'm not even surprise if he pass the billionaire line in next 10-20 years.

It's so simple.. It's next to KL metropolis, grade A offices, commercial, iconic tower. It's located in Dutamas, where nearby subsale condo selling at 1000psf++ but Solasta only selling at 700psf. The facilitis is top class, even got man-made beach.

You will be surprise that many buy for ownstay oso. The facilities in on par with icon residence, if not, better.

You can see a lot of forummers so jelous with FR.. kah3..

Haha. I'm really doubt with this Solasta before. But after enlightened by FR and I do my own research. Solasta definitely a gem la bro. Yes, it got cemetery, htc nearby, but all of that marginalised by the greatness of Solasta.

Okay.. I being honest with you guys.. I just wanna say this YNH Solasta is the best property you can buy right now.. Confirm breakeven rental or slightly +ve cashflow even w/out KL metropolis..

It's 15-20 years game.. until KL metropolis fully matured.. Wow.. You can achieve your financial freedom. Trust me fellas..

Don't just buy 1 unit, buy at least 3 unit each la.

btw, half of buyers buy for ownstay because facilities top world class..
