Why need to demolish infra ?

Who is the FR's agent ? Sound fishy. I'm not sure about the 90% buy for investors, but many buy for ownstay because;

1. Dutamas Area
2. Price far cheaper than Icon
3. Facilities top class, far better than Icon

Basically, Solasta is far ahead Icon.. Yeah, many buy for investment, not surprising because it is the only grade A property in Malaysia after Kiara 163. But, dont surprise many buy for ownstay. Many my investors friend bought for ownstay. Nowadays, successful people want to live in Mont Kiara, Hartamas, Dutamas. They don't want to stay in Sentul, Cheras, Kuchai Lama, Setapak or other area surrounded with low cost housing like forever.

From my experience, up and down.. I can conclude that no such thing as property guru la.. master la.. sifu la..

It can be learned through reading, own analysis and common sense.. Wasting time, money by listening, joining useless seminar by so called GURU, at the end, still got nothing significant.

There is a lot uncle, aunty that bought hundred of properties, made millions of money ady.. They dont called themselves as Guru, making useless video etc... But, they still succeed.. They don't need to scam people to make money..

Just study on your own.. no need guru or bulu or anything... wasting time and money..

FR is not god... He can make mistakes also..
