other electromagnetic waves far far different than radio waves. Radio is the longest wavelength and lowest amplitude (very2 low energy), negligible..

HTC, we talking about electrical cable carrying 132000 (132kV) of voltage.. Surrounding will create electric and magnetic field that surely will affect your health.. Got some research prove it already..

Pre-lauch mid february 18 (Can start booking late January)

apdl ready latest by May 19

Block C will be launched first (No Carpark)

Not open for booking yet.. End of this month first batch start to book.

Maybe developer guy, certain group will have opportunity to book first..

Others maybe February or March..

Price point will not confirmed until April/May. Maybe can hike to 800-900psf due to overhype by certain bulk purchase group..

TRX, PNB118, BBCC. Now got KL Metropolis sumore. Walaoweyy

Even PNB118 now dead, can't even fight TRX in finding the tenants because of delay.

Heard also the PNB118 contractors (UEM and Samsung C&T) making hundred of millions loss due to the delay. PNB no extra money to give them.
