i told them ,CS , the merchant boost didnt claim . How can bank penalized user for merchant issues , bla bla bla .

To maintain level 5 you need to spend 4000. So let say this quarter you manage to spend 5000 then next quarter you only need to spend 3800 to maintain level 5

I also wondering how to activate the level 5... earlier this afternoon I see I have to transact at least 30 transactions in order to maintain my level 4. So I have donated 0.01 for around 30 times, and the boost confirmation email flooded my inbox lol!
