If unlucky get X1 only... previously if level 4 will get X2 + shake reward up to X8 .

U should say no more base coin, all depends on shake luck

Doesn't seem to match the experiences shared here. The way they put it is Lvl 5 = 8 coins per RM 1

You can get under x1 now on Level 3 where previously x1 is guaranteed

Is kind of misleading also because previously was “guaranteed”. If they put before guaranteed and Current is “up to“, a lot of the users will make noice, maybe they are trying to avoid this but end up I think user will be getting more angry due to this misleading advertisement even they have mentioned up to in the ads.

I think to make it more transparent will be ideal like grab did this month.the user will used up all the points to redeem the 50% voucher and accept the new redemption rate.

Better to use RAZERPAY at 99 speedmart cos now got 10% discount coupon but not stated the discount's cap.

just put it this way, they have removed the base coins and downgrade all the lvl and add one more lvl with up to 8x shake
previously lvl 4 already can get 8x extra shake but now become 4x
