Same thing happened to me. Early of Dec already faced the problem, still arguing with CS daily till now still not solved. Wonder anyway to report to BNM to get my account unlock!

Really tired! just said my account having unusual transaction, but can't provide me proof of what unusual transactions!

time to stop using boost. move to TNG and grabpay. It's not the only ewallet

actually Boost is very nice even without promo, if u know what i mean

tng only useful if got promo while grab is real spending, can't wash money easily

your account unlock? what u mean - do boost lock your account or they just dont allow you to top up?
anyway this happen to me 6 months ago and all i do was use bank transfer to top up in order to continue use my boost ewallet. then get my credit card replaced (report say chip rosak) then readd back after 30 days

ps - do not keep trying else they will not allow u to add any card even is a brand new card or even it is under your name

they not allow me to reload through credit card. I used to use bigpay to reload. Right now i use other credit card also cannot! What i do right now is transfer the money from my hubby account! Damn inconvenient!

I just did cash out 3 times within a month, just 1 mth, they block me!!! I dont know is it the reason or they feel my account earn too much, got 1 time i reload sspn, i got 8x coins shake, get about 12k points....from then after 1 week, my account got problem! really shit!

I think somewehere in between there's a transaction that triggered their security system.
We can only guess but maybe you can single out a transaction that they consider high risk?

no la, my wife acc also got 12k x 2 on Nov, not an issue as well

so far from what i observe from my friends acc they blocked them from cc top up is because:

1. using ur own cc on others Boost
2. using other ppl cc on ur Boost
3. p2p to/from acc which has been banned from cc top up

I used to do top up my cc in my hubby account. And my brother did reload his credit card from my boost account previously.

communicate with CS and try to get proof that all those cc has been given authority from the party involved.
bnm doesn't allow other ppl use ur cc without authorization, this is just part of their security check

that's y i always play safe to avoid such hiccup to delay my cb plan, always use my own cc and supp cc to my wife for fortune and essential on her own acc

So must undo? Delete my card from my son's account and use it on my own account n at the mean time get him a supp card? Will they track that my card has been used in 2 accounts?

just calm down and relax. use your online banking acoount fpx to reload at the moment. sit back, and after weeks, system will unblock cc topup in ur boost account automatically. nothing you can do now, and it is useless to deal with cs about this cc topup issue.

anyway what has been done is already done, if they kind to u then no more checking but still they can ban anytime if they want to...
but better apply supp card for long run
