I found out that transfer out to bank option is missing from profile tab..

I need to key in the bank account detail to transfer out which already saved in my payment detail... anyone have same issue?

I also facing issue that OTP cannot receive when i was try to login at other device

I have been having problem in transferring to bank. I have 216.00 in my wallet so I tried transferring 214.00 allowing 2.00 for transfer fee. But so many tries still could not. The message was "Oops looks like something went wrong... "
Any of you guys having this problem? Is this a technical issue or it's a procedure issue, such as one not allowed to zerorize his wallet. But I tried a smaller amount and still couldn't proceed

Yep, can't log into another device even after Boost update today. Can't get OTP

A little confuse, so if i m in level 1, how to jump to level 4. Totally how many transaction needed and amount need to spend? Tq.

After the update. I’m on level 1. Today open i’m on level 4.

Paid something and now only get coins which u redeem for (non-achievable) rewards or the cashback.

Really a bummer.

not from profile tab, when u open the apps, click the top right add money button and click Transfer out to bank at the bottom

total 20 transaction AND RM1000 spent u will jump to lvl4, not the same as FAQ

lvl1 = 0 and RM0
lvl2 = 5 and RM150
lvl3 = 10 and RM400
lvl4 = 20 and RM1000

they should put a warning how many transaction or money spend going to expired in x days to warn user to perform spending, else need to keep track ourselves...

current level incorporated all trans nos n sum for prev 30 days. at earlier hours after update boost didnt comsider this
