For the scan & pay mission, I use Boost to reload TnG at Shell; for the pay any bill mission, I pay SSPN-i and later withdraw out.

Short answer: You can withdraw anytime you want, not immediately since you need to wait for your deposit to get reflected in the SSPN account first.

And you'll have to go to PTPTN office instead of Bank Islam.

Cant transfer out to bank keep asking to verification. I have submitted countless time of ic picture, status from "verification pending process" to gone nothing. If click again transfer to bank again will ask for ic. Contacted support still no reply after 4 days

I guess they fixed the shake rewards for some online purchases like PrestoMall, Fave, Gvado etc. Sign in and pay only, scan and pay will receive rewards in sens.

That's weird. My top-ups on 21, 22 & 23-AUG are all reflected as 26-AUG in the SSPN-i statement so you should have the 20-AUG top-ups reflected.

Just need to give the name and IC number to upgrade to "Unverified" Premium (wallet size RM1500) but e-money transfer (to other Boost accounts) is max RM500/month only and no cash-out.

Need to show I/C to upgrade to "Verified" Premium then e-money limit is increased to RM4500/month and cash-out is possible.
