So I went to a few small boost merchants these few days and most of them refused payment in Boost. I tried to talk to them to find out why and the general feedback was boost is very slow in banking in money for them and sometimes even took more than 2 weeks.
Also they mentioned when they complained or when they raised an issue, the support is not always available, slow and sometimes don't provide support at all. Uncle told me for small merchant like him, cash flow is very important, he cannot afford to wait for 2 weeks and still didn't get his money. So he prefers CC or cash. He told me he might drop Boost once and for all if their service is shit. So yeah I do understand where he is coming from. So I paid with cash and said F the shake reward ππ Seems like not only boost customer service is the worst, their merchant support is on the same boat.
