They think they are playing detective but it is plain bullshit. Not fraud also considered fraud because of their "intelligent" system.

Basically just doing something to prove to BNM that they are taking actions after the big case of user kena hacked.

Slow on replying is not the worst problem. Wait until they reply u, tell u that they will look into this issue and close your ticket. U will never hear from them again I promise wink.gif

Look at the Google play store reviews. Everyone is having same experience. Some users reported can't top up with CC since February but until now no one helped them.

Good info. I was able to reload without OTP on weekend(less than RM200. More than RM200 it will ask for OTP)

Since monday even reload RM10 also it will ask for OTP, and everytime OTP confirm failed. I already checked my OTP million times. So frustrating.

If I'm those CS I would quit immediately because I'm not contributing anything and getting gaji buta, I will be guilty AF.

If everyone operates like this the world will be a chaotic place. Honestly such thing seldom happen in any big organization before. The real bosses are not blind to believe that the CS closed tickets faster than they changed clothes. Like I said only the monkeys allow such thing to happen and turn a blind eye to the outrage of social media and forums. Well I hope they will soon realise they made a big mistake.

Yes OTP required and failed everytime. Tried my sister's BigPay card, same issue.

Doenst matter which day is your statement. Mbb calculates CB per Calendar month not statement. So everyone is waiting for same day.

I think it is on the spot discount. I read the tnc it says discount and not "cashback". Also check your boost mail for the list of items eligible for 50% discount.

Don't bother. It will never credit auto u have to beg the CS. I raised 2 tickets since 3 weeks ago and my CB still missing until now. They have too many missing cashback already.

Call me being paranoid but I don't believe him at all. Also if u read boost's insta or fb u will see boost deleted many comments of users complaining missing cb and this 8888. Trust me I have waited for 2 months for a cashback before. And my latest one I have waited 2 weeks and raised 3 tickets and they kept closing my tickets and asked me to be patient. Well I'm not giving them anymore chances, I have raised this concern as "fraud and misleading campaign to make customers spend more but not honouring the cashback as stated in Tnc.

Please do the same and email this issue to bank negara malaysia (bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my)


We can't let boost get away this time, they have been doing this too often and got used to it.

xperiaDROID, for your info, I have had enough with the monkeys, 😂 time to do something about it.
