No I waited for almost 3 weeks now, my whole family. I raised 3 tickets -
1st they asked me give Yoodo number details etc, then close case. I reply on top also they don't layan;
2nd ticket they asked me this is my 1st,2nd or 3rd reward, I answered then they close case;
3rd ticket they asked me when did I renew my Yoodo plan. Then closed case again.
This has been going back and forth for 2 weeks, I don't have the patience and time like
car_computer to raised 7 tickets in 21 days (I salute u bro) πππ
I have decided to write a complaint to Bnm. It is boost's responsibility to reimburse me with missing reward, not my responsibility to chase after them over and over again like a loan shark π
