Im stress with boost. I have not receive my prestomall refund, This is 2nd time This year. I let go the 1st time because malas nak report was expecting auto refund. no cash back honoured for online day.
Unable to verify accoumt for 3 week already... stupid answer try untill max out try.grrrrrr Missing report in boost app. I dont know how im earth cam vanish. Mow i have to email imstead raise ticket from boost.. pls teach how to efectively contact boost |

An update on paying with Boost in Guardian just now...
I'll make this quick and simple for those who are interested... > Me wanna buy Cap Kapak minyak angin > Proceeds to counter > Me: "Nak pakai Boost ya" > Cashier : "Boost? Ok" > Cashier scanned one time, cannot > Cashier scanned second time, cannot > Wallet deducted > System not responding, showing error > Cashier calls colleague > Colleague also clueless, asked for transaction ID, "u cuba tekan transaction" > I clueless, "mana boleh? Ni memang selalu cam ni punya" > Another staff comes, also clueless > After a while of blur face, staff: "eh bukan tekan ni je ke?" > Receipt printed out Only 1 counter opened, whole process took 5 minutes, queue getting longer, cashier then opens another counter, then everything settled, I'm the king.
