I also having the similar problem, already contacted PTPTN CS and helping me to file a complain.
Need to be patient I guess as most of them WFH currently during MCO.

1. Login into ptptn website https://www.ptptn.gov.my/ionline/#/login
2. Click "Penyata Baki"
3. Scroll down and click "Semakan No Pinjaman"
4. You will see "No Pinjaman" and this is your account number.

Login into PTPTN website, you can check whether it is Ujrah or conventional. In your PTPTN statement can see whether it is ujrah or conventional.

How about sending money and "scan & pay" function? Some are having these issues, CS requested them to provide screenshot, device OS version and screen recording if uninstalling/installing doesn't help.

Send money, bill payments and Scan & Pay issues resolved after updating to Boost 4.0.0, Build 500 on android.
