bnm usually dont interfere unless consumer have run out of options with the service provider.

so, keep engaging with boost first. if they are not responsive or no satisfactory response give, then escalate to BNM. bnm will contact boost to provide the proper answer/reasons (not the "script" then give to us).

if bnm deems boost not doing a satisfactory job in resolving the issue with consumers, then will pressure boost to resolve within a given SLA.

bnm's job is to manage both sides when a complaint received.

for thus who participate in boost mission, you can use your desktop to pay your utility bill (TNB, water) or ptptn or to topup your phone

if you use desktop, you will be given QR code like this to scan

but if you pay using your mobile phone, i think epay will redirect you into your boost account, thus you dont earn anything for your scan and pay mission
