Problem payment to SSPN-I resolved?

Used boost at a restaurant today and received RM5 for Micro & SME Cash Merchant Wallet. But T&C state can only be used at online MSME merchants. Any idea who are the online MSME merchants?

Just wondering do you guys do one shot RM1k or will split into 2 RM500 x 2 which method will give the better coins considering the RM1 will be deducted for every transaction. I been getting 2.7x of coins for every RM500

I redeemed the Shopee RM50 voucher and tried to use it but says "this voucher's validity time has not started". Anyone else encountered this error?

Terms and conditions have no start time specified.

Even though the voucher says start on 11.11, I was able to use today!

Discovered this accidentally when I was trying to pay for something, then the RM50 popped up as an eligible voucher.

Boost's customer service is hopeless.

So I have topped up my account, and the first time did not went through. Then i top up again, and it went through.
Then my card has been charged twice, and yet the customer service is not doing anything other than keep repeating that it only appears in their system once.

Wonder what can be done for this issue

I've made payment to my PTPTN using Boost around 7PM, 24 December 2020.
But until today, 8AM, 29 December 2020, looks like my PTPTPN statement has not being updated yet.

Does anybody know how many working days usually will it take for it to reflect in the statement?

Hi, can I check IOS user cannot donate charity via Boost anymore? Seems like cannot find the charity button, any workaround?

(1) may I know how to redeem 10 times reward for 950 BL points with 1000 boost coins? Does it mean to press 10 times 'purchase' button? I do not dare to redeem, if can purchase 10 times then I want to redeem.

(2) after purchase the voucher with coins, it said to fill in the form to initiate point exchange. So where to download the form?

boost max deposit is rm999, with rm1 service charge.. wonder worth or not
