1Million was advertised supposedly to give out by 31-12-2018 (each week 3000 winners sharing this fund).

Now they decided to extend one more week and the funds stay at RM1million! If extend shouldnt it be additional fund? Like extra 1k,5k example? So extend until next year still same 1 million funds? Meaning the original 1 million was not paid out fully to users... Ohhhh... Caught red handed. Or they failed maths?

Sorry boost I will not spend another RM20 for this scam. Boo...!

I think it is the former. which means they are caught red-handed. They promised 1M cashback to be shared by many people until 31 Dec, there is no way quota didnt reach yet. remember there are many people who spent RM20 and didnt get cash reward.

How about if you spend more than RM100 on final week, you stand a chance to get more than RM150 this time. that works too huh

Well let me tell u. I bought at speedmart at 10:00AM... I got the cashback. My sister shop after me at 10:15AM the customer service from Boost told her 800 already reached when she complained.

So yea I'm not sure if in 15 mins it will reach 800 that fast, but there is no way to verify, even if they really missed the CB like many of the no-limit CB, they can still say the quota has reached.

Keep it and scan on 1 Jan 2019. Because the Tnc says contest starts 1st Jan. Maybe code haven't been activated. Or maybe they are just cheapskate. I don't know 🤣🤣🤣

That stupid and lazy Hafiz has been replying the same thing over and over again to everyone. My friends' Yoodo reward has been missing for more than 10 days now and raised 2 times to CS. Same response twice. Useless CS.

Every transaction are entitled for cashback (exl. transfer money, top-up wallet)

Not only they have missing "shake reward", but also they have tons of missing cashback like Yoodo reward.
For cashback like 99speedmart, they can easily claim that 800 quota is reached and get away with it; but for yoodo and other cashback we cannot let them get away with it.

Guys my friends' cash back has been missing for past 6 days. Everyday he raised a ticket, same stupid reply from Hafiz and Pooven saying do not worry cashback will be in soon. Clearly they did not bother to check.

But my friend has had enough with their bullshit. He gave them warning today that if cashback is not in, he will report it to bank negara malaysia for fraud and false advertisement.

Guess what?! The money got in 2 hours later lol. What's the lesson here? Boost is bullshitting their customer, if u don't report u will not get your cashback ever. So yes, if they dont want to check or give your cashback you really have the right to report to bank negara malaysia. And their license will be at stake. Please don't just use this as an empty threat though, as a smart consumer u should really know your rights and actually report something to BNM when things go wrong.

Edit: the cashback came in as manual adjustment. So yes, their system is not capable of auto-pilot now. So there must be more missing cashback. God knows how many people didn't raise ticket and never got their CB.

Well it depends on the way you raised the issue. Have to play around with words. If you tell BNM that boost owe u RM2 cashback of course they don't wanna handle the case lollll

Maybe we really need an e-wallet consumer rights community to tackle such issues in bulk.

They can hide your tickets in app once it is tagged as "solved". However the ticket is still there.
