Not that type of use BP. Spend with BP type of use.

Check back the SMS you sent, is the format according to their T&C? If correct, can call public bank to dispute.

16-digit card number is correct? every single digit is correct, right? biggrin.gif

double-check your sms history. try do a search for keyword "pbcb", see what was sent out.

Yeah all correct..checked many times already. I traced back the sms i sent out (still in my archive).

I think the bank can just use point 9 and say its my network problem for that unsuccessful registration. Gah... how would i know it's unsuccessful. I didnt get any error message from my network either (usually I will get when my sms didnt get through).

try contact PBB to help investigate the root cause of the issue.

they can tell you whether you've registered or not, etc.

Yup, will do later after work. What's the best way to contact PBB? EMail/ Phone? Hate being put on hold for ages in queue by phone... if PBB is good with email replies, probably I will try that instead.

Maybe should ask the operator whether if register now, will the transaction for today be counted if ever PBB said you have not register successfully.

reregister, u mean resend the sms for registration today? surely the past ones wont be counted right? and it's too late for this week's cashback already

the sms registration vs weekly eligibility is straightforward.

assuming previous sms reg was invalid, all subsequent weeks would be deemed "non registration" anyway.

if register this week, today's transactions are captured for this week only (no more future weeks for this promo)

yes, reregister today, past weeks not eligible and deemed "non registration". this is with pre-assumption that your 21 Nov sms reg was invalid/non-registered by pbb; and all subsequent weeks since 21 Nov are not eligible.

eligible weeks takes effect from sms reg week. since this week is the last, it only effect for this week. but since you didnt do any transactions, then reregistration is irrelevant biggrin.gif
