PBB Quantum Visa - the cashback is only for entertainment and departmental store shopping, isn't it?
I understand for PBB Quantum Mastercard we can use BigPay as it's considered online spending... but Quantum Visa also can meh?

Nowadays, most terminals are reading the chip or contactless, so there is no passing through. You'll have to insist the merchants to use the swipe method.

Applied for Quantum Master and got both Master and Visa. I checked online and it seems that I've been charged SST for both (RM25 x 2). I thought they only charge at the anniversary of the card? Has anyone cancelled their Quantum Visa and got their SST refunded to them?

Thats true... but do you know if AEON/JUSCO voucher counts towards the cashback? Cos the voucher can also be used for grocery shopping...

Was there supposed to be a confirmation email saying that I've successfully registered for the SN4M cashback? I didnt get anything back and just assumed that the sms is enough.

Yeah all correct..checked many times already. I traced back the sms i sent out (still in my archive).

I think the bank can just use point 9 and say its my network problem for that unsuccessful registration. Gah... how would i know it's unsuccessful. I didnt get any error message from my network either (usually I will get when my sms didnt get through).

Yup, will do later after work. What's the best way to contact PBB? EMail/ Phone? Hate being put on hold for ages in queue by phone... if PBB is good with email replies, probably I will try that instead.
